Designed for versatility, the Baltic Cold Plunge can be used with an optional electric chiller unit for consistent cold temperatures, or simply filled with ice as needed for a more traditional approach to cold therapy.
The tub features a durable HDPE plastic liner for long-lasting performance and easy maintenance, while stainless steel bands reinforce the exterior for added strength and stability. With a capacity of 132 gallons (501 liters), it provides ample space for full-body immersion and an effective recovery experience.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
All cold plunge tubs are carefully manufactured and packaged by Leisurecraft and shipped via freight carrier to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Process
- Orders are processed and prepared directly by the manufacturer
- Once shipped, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Delivery is made curbside or to the end of your driveway
Delivery Details
- Cold plunges ship fully assembled or in large components depending on the model
- Most deliveries are made via large freight trucks (18-wheeler)
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for large trucks
Unloading Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for unloading the cold plunge from the truck
- The freight carrier does not bring the unit inside, install it, or place it in your backyard
- Liftgate service may be available for smaller units, but is not guaranteed
Before Delivery
Please ensure:
- You have a plan to safely unload the unit (helpers or equipment if needed)
- Your delivery location is accessible for freight delivery
- You are available to receive and inspect the shipment
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage:
- Take photos immediately
- Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing
- Contact us right away so we can assist with a claim
Address Change Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible.
Before Shipment
- Shipping address changes can be made free of charge before your order leaves the manufacturer
After Shipment
- Once the order has shipped, address changes will incur a $250 rerouting fee
- This fee is charged by the freight carrier and passed on to the customer
Important Notes
- Delays in communication or address changes may result in additional storage or redelivery fees
- These fees (if incurred) are the responsibility of the customer
Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns Policy
Because our products are large, handcrafted wellness equipment shipped via freight, we have specific policies regarding order changes, cancellations, and returns. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order without penalty.
After 14 days from the order date, cancellations will incur a $65 cancellation processing fee.
If your order is within 7 days of the scheduled ship date, the order can no longer be cancelled because it is already in the final stages of production and preparation for shipment.
Order Changes
Orders can be modified within 14 days of placing the order at no additional cost.
After 14 days, a $65 order modification fee will apply for any requested changes.
Examples of order changes include:
- Adding or removing products
- Changing product options or upgrades
- Updating the delivery address
- Changing the shipping method
Orders cannot be modified within 7 days of the scheduled ship date, as production and shipping preparation are already underway.
If a shipping address change is requested after the order has already shipped, freight carriers charge a $250 rerouting fee, which will be passed on to the customer.
Returns Policy
Due to the size, weight, and international freight costs associated with these products, returns are generally not accepted.
In rare cases where a return is approved, the following conditions will apply:
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
All returned items are inspected by the manufacturer, Leisurecraft, and the final determination of the product condition and refund amount will be made after inspection.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment after it has been dispatched, the following will apply:
A 15% restocking fee
The customer will be responsible for all shipping, storage, and rerouting fees
These charges are imposed by freight carriers and manufacturers once a product has been shipped.
Warranty Policy
Products sold by Performance Recovery HQ are backed by manufacturer warranties to ensure quality and long-term reliability.
Saunas and related equipment manufactured by Leisurecraft are covered by a Limited Residential Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.
5-Year Residential Limited Warranty
All saunas manufactured by Leisurecraft include a 5-year limited residential warranty starting from the date the product is received by the original purchaser.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use.
If a valid warranty claim is approved, replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
Please note:
Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period
The warranty covers parts only
Labor, installation, and service costs are not included
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
Lack of proper maintenance
Natural weather exposure
Improper electrical connections
All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician. Failure to do so may void the warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
Performance Recovery HQ honors the manufacturer warranty for all eligible products. If a manufacturer provides a warranty on a product, we will honor the same terms, coverage, and duration as specified by the manufacturer.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to replacement parts only and does not include:
- Labor costs
- Installation costs
- Service technician fees
- Any indirect or incidental damages
