Handcrafted by Leisurecraft, this sauna is built using premium Eastern White Cedar, known for its light color, natural durability, and beautiful tight-knot grain that gives each unit a distinct, rustic character.
Designed to comfortably seat 4–5 people, this sauna is perfect for families or hosting friends. The spacious interior combined with the classic barrel shape allows for efficient heat circulation, creating a consistent and enjoyable sauna experience every session.
The added 45cm front porch enhances both functionality and style, providing a convenient space to cool down, store towels, or transition in and out of the sauna with ease.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our sauna products are manufactured and shipped directly from the workshop of Leisurecraft. Because these are large, handcrafted items, they ship via freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
Please review the responsibilities for each party involved in the delivery process.
Manufacturer Responsibilities
The manufacturer is responsible for:
• Building and securely packaging your sauna in a protective shipping crate
• Arranging freight transportation to your delivery location
Freight Carrier Responsibilities
The freight company handling your shipment will:
• Contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
• Deliver the sauna crate to the end of your driveway or curbside
Please note the following freight delivery conditions:
• Freight carriers do not unload the sauna crate from the truck
• Drivers typically cannot back trucks into driveways
• Most deliveries are made using large 18-wheel freight trucks, so please ensure your road or neighborhood can accommodate this size vehicle
Lift Gate Availability
Lift gate availability depends on crate size:
• Crates under 92 inches (7 feet) may be delivered with a lift gate to assist with unloading
• Crates over 92 inches cannot be unloaded using a lift gate, and unloading arrangements must be made by the customer
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth delivery, customers are responsible for:
Scheduling Delivery
• Returning calls from the freight company promptly to arrange a delivery appointment
Preparing for Unloading
Sauna crates vary in size and weight:
• Length: 6 feet – 14 feet
• Weight: 800 – 1600 pounds, depending on the model
Customers must arrange a safe method to unload the crate from the truck.
Recommended Unloading Methods
Common options include:
• Using a forklift or mechanical lifting equipment
Forklifts must lift the crate from the end, and fork extensions are required
• Hiring or renting a tilt-bed tow truck to pick up the crate from the local freight terminal and deliver it directly to your home
Inspecting Your Delivery
When your sauna arrives, please inspect the crate carefully.
If the crate appears damaged:
1. Accept the shipment
2. Take clear photos of the damage
3. Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
Write the following on the BOL:
“Crate arrived open/damaged – possible hidden damage.”
After noting the issue, contact us immediately so we can work with the freight carrier to resolve the situation.
Freight Delivery FAQ
How will my sauna be delivered?
All sauna orders ship via freight directly from the manufacturer, Leisurecraft. A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment once your order reaches your local terminal.
Will the driver unload the sauna?
Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only, meaning the crate will be delivered to the end of your driveway or curb.
Drivers do not unload crates or move them onto your property.
What size truck will deliver my sauna?
Most deliveries arrive on 18-wheel freight trucks. Please ensure your road or neighborhood can accommodate large delivery vehicles.
If access is limited, the carrier may arrange delivery from a nearby freight terminal.
How big and heavy is the crate?
Crate sizes vary depending on the sauna model.
Typical ranges:
• Length: 6 ft – 14 ft
• Weight: 800 – 1,600 lbs
Because of this, you should plan ahead for unloading the crate.
How do customers typically unload their sauna?
Most customers use one of the following options:
• Forklift or skid steer
• Renting a tilt-bed tow truck
• Coordinating help from contractors or moving professionals
What if the crate arrives damaged?
If you notice visible damage to the crate:
Take photos immediately

Delivery, Unloading & Address Change Policy
Because our saunas are large, handcrafted products shipped via freight, there are a few important delivery details to understand before your order arrives.
Unloading Your Sauna Crate
All sauna orders ship directly from the manufacturer, Leisurecraft, and are delivered via freight carrier.
Freight deliveries are curbside delivery, meaning the crate will arrive at the end of your driveway or curb.
Customers are responsible for arranging how the crate will be unloaded from the truck.
Lift Gate Availability
Lift gate assistance depends on the crate size:
• Crates 92 inches (7 ft) or shorter may be unloaded using the truck’s lift gate with assistance from the driver.
• Crates longer than 92 inches cannot be unloaded using a lift gate. In these cases, customers must arrange their own unloading method.
Common Unloading Options
Customers typically unload their sauna using one of the following:
• Forklift or skid steer
• Tilt-bed tow truck
• Trailer pickup from the local freight terminal
Optional Delivery Assistance
If needed, we may be able to arrange a tilt-bed tow truck delivery service for certain locations.
• Service fee: $750
Please contact us before your order ships if you would like assistance arranging this service.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If you need to update your delivery address:
• Before your order ships: Address changes can be made at no cost.
• After your order has shipped: Freight carriers charge a $250 rerouting fee, which will be passed on to the customer.
We recommend confirming your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
Freight Storage Charges
Once your sauna arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
If the freight carrier is unable to schedule delivery due to delayed responses or scheduling issues, the carrier may begin charging daily storage fees.
Any storage fees charged by the freight company will be the responsibility of the customer.
To avoid these charges, please respond promptly to delivery scheduling calls from the freight carrier.
Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns Policy
Because our products are large, handcrafted wellness equipment shipped via freight, we have specific policies regarding order changes, cancellations, and returns. Please review the information below before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order without penalty.
After 14 days from the order date, cancellations will incur a $65 cancellation processing fee.
If your order is within 7 days of the scheduled ship date, the order can no longer be cancelled because it is already in the final stages of production and preparation for shipment.
Order Changes
Orders can be modified within 14 days of placing the order at no additional cost.
After 14 days, a $65 order modification fee will apply for any requested changes.
Examples of order changes include:
- Adding or removing products
- Changing product options or upgrades
- Updating the delivery address
- Changing the shipping method
Orders cannot be modified within 7 days of the scheduled ship date, as production and shipping preparation are already underway.
If a shipping address change is requested after the order has already shipped, freight carriers charge a $250 rerouting fee, which will be passed on to the customer.
Returns Policy
Due to the size, weight, and international freight costs associated with these products, returns are generally not accepted.
In rare cases where a return is approved, the following conditions will apply:
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition
All returned items are inspected by the manufacturer, Leisurecraft, and the final determination of the product condition and refund amount will be made after inspection.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of a shipment after it has been dispatched, the following will apply:
A 15% restocking fee
The customer will be responsible for all shipping, storage, and rerouting fees
These charges are imposed by freight carriers and manufacturers once a product has been shipped.
Warranty Policy
Products sold by Performance Recovery HQ are backed by manufacturer warranties to ensure quality and long-term reliability.
Saunas and related equipment manufactured by Leisurecraft are covered by a Limited Residential Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal residential conditions.
5-Year Residential Limited Warranty
All saunas manufactured by Leisurecraft include a 5-year limited residential warranty starting from the date the product is received by the original purchaser.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship during normal residential use.
If a valid warranty claim is approved, replacement parts will be provided at no cost.
Please note:
Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period
The warranty covers parts only
Labor, installation, and service costs are not included
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
Normal wear and tear
Improper installation
Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
Lack of proper maintenance
Natural weather exposure
Improper electrical connections
All electrical connections must be performed by a licensed electrician. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
